We have a projector! We got the one from the UICA with George's van.
if you look at 'shit thunked about' there are answers to some of your questions. [well one] jenny is going to get some craft paper from GV to cover the window to block the light. Also [for some reason this was not stated earlier] emily is going to bring a screen from her house - otherwise we were thinking of putting a bed-sheet [i have some light green sheets that work really well for projection] or some type of material over the to-be bathroom wall frame and use that as a screen. There was a nice article in the Sunday Press today. Nice job on the press release Todd MitchinthePress
tech questions for friday:
I talked to Jeff about the chairs and unfortunately they are already being used that day. However, he will advertise the event online for us. I'll check out the chairs from the school on Monday and keep everyone updated on that. Rock on.
I sent out the press release and image last friday night. That can be forwarded to Jeff. My computer is on the fritz so someone else would need to do it.
Hey everyone, I talked to Jeff Smith about the chairs and he said that the CMC would probably be able to help out. Maybe I could ask for just 30 and get the rest from the church. I'm going to give him a flyer and the rest of the information tomorrow. However, he asked if we had an elctronic flyer. Do we have on the swiki? I didn't see it but maybe I missed it.

I'm also preparing a 'press release' for this Friday, Paul also suggested the formation of a community devoted to promoting Mitch's public lecture (creating/distributing flyers etc)- Todd 2/22
Todd invited Mitch to visit the studio on Friday, March 4th. We'll need to publicize the event, get chairs, any tech he'll need, plan hospitality (it might be nice to take him out to dinner after the day). Paul 2/14
