• 10:00 am We'll begin our group work with Chris Byron, head of the History area of the Grand Rapids Public Library at the Downtown Branch. We can carpool or take the bus down as a group if we plan it ahead. See the History research assigned projects page for what to do to prepare for our work with Chris.

• Derive' I'm designing a studio exercie that will involve walking in the neighborhood. For this be prepared with some drawing utensils and dress for walking for an hour or so in whatever weather we have that day. The Derive' is a method developed in the 'situationist internationale.
