This is an ice skating rink, named after Rosa Parks, that's located in dowtown Grand Rapids.
It opened in December of 2000
This is West Michigan's First refrigerated ice rink and is a fun place for people of all ages to come to.
Its open from late fall to early spring.
The fiber-optic lights are meant to represent the night sky.
There is a stage right by the ice rink for concerts, festivals or other gatherings
