uica urban institute for contemporary arts is the formal center of new art in gr. They have 3 galleries, studios, and present music, performance, dance, poetry as well as being a great place to see the latest great films.
grand rapids art museum the new gr art museum is under construction right by the mia lin designed park in downtown gr.
free radical project makes way for monthly installations of varied art projects in vacant buildings in GR. This year it'll be run by GVart grad Jenn Schaub, who also does a weekly listmail about art in gr called
