The Guerrilla Girls is a group of artists, writers, poet, and activists. This group of people was trying to show how sexism and racism are shown there most art. The one thing that they said that stayed in my mind was "Do women have to be nude in order to get into a museum?" If that is the truth, that I wish it would change. I believe that these people want to make a stand on how people shouldn't be treated differently because of nationality, race, and sex but by character and personality. That there are many good women artist and they should be appreciated. The group started in 1985 in New York. I wasn't surprised to hear that since, New York is considered to have so much tourism and publicity then most states.
